Congrats!! Butter Pecan cake is my new favorite, I love love love that flavor!! I always fill mine with caramel sauce....I am lazy and just buy the ice cream topping but, it's sooo good!!
I really like your cake, and woo hoo!! $100...can't beat that!!

Butter Pecan Cake with Apricots
1 box Betty Crocker Supermoist Butter Pecan Cake Mix
1 c. water
¼ c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can (15.25 oz) apricot halves, drained and chopped
¾ c. apricot preserves
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan.
In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and apricots with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
Spread preserves evenly over top of cake. Spread cream cheese frosting over preserves. Garnish with pecan pieces.
