Storing Icing And Fondannt

hi gfolks
im going out of town for a month but have a lot of left over fondant and icing. does anyone have an opinion on whats the best way to store them?
can i freeze the icing? or will it be okay in the fridge? i have vegan icing and regular sugar and butter and milk icing
what about the MMfondat? i have no clue what to do with it!

Put the icing in the freezer in a plastic container. Wrap your fondant in saran wrap and then put it in a ziploc bag and just leave that on the counter or somewhere. It should all be fine!
