First Wedding Cake Order, Very Nervous!

I just got my first wedding cake order. I am very nervous about it. I have done birthday cakes and specialty cakes but not wedding. I got this order because the person that had agreed to make the cake backed out and it is only two weeks before the wedding. The bride doesn't want anything to fancy thank God, just a normal white three level cake, the only real request is that it have strawberry mousse filling and shaved white chocolate. I need your help, I do not have a strawberry mousse recipe. Does anyone have a really good one and that isn't too difficult to make. I have never made mousse before. I almost turned this order down but the bride was so upset. I felt so bad for her. They are getting sheet cakes from somewhere else for most of the guest, but they wanted a wedding cake for pictures and the bridal party and such. I hope that some one out there can help me with a recipe. Thanks.
