Hi Linda,
I found this recipe online. It's little bit confusing to me,but I hope it can be of some help.Or at least give you an idea of what it is.

PARISIAN CREAM: 1 cup heavy cream 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped Warm cream to 175 degrees, when bubbles begin to appear around the edges. Melt chocolate in the hot cream and cool. Whip until foamy. Parisian cream thickens very quickly and must be used at once.

This sounds very similar to the whipped chocolate ganache recipe on this website. I made it and everyone said it tasted just like chocolate ice cream...YUM!

Thanks everyone,
With the cream used ,I don't think it would hold up very long ... so I am going to suggest something else to the lady.
