Does anyone have the recipie for a chocolate wrap? Below is a link to a web site that gives a small demonstration for how to do one, but I need to replace the sound card on my computer and I can't hear if they are saying the recipie as they go or not, nor can hear any other directions. If anyone has this info, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks so much.

Ok, here is the written version for you.
6 oz of chocolate divided into 2 3 oz each
Place 3 oz of chocolate into the bowl of a double boiler with simmering only water. Stir slowly until chocolate is melted with a smooth melted appearance. Take off heat, dry off the bottom of the bowl and make sure no water gets in contact with the chocolate. Stir in the other 3 oz of chocolate, mixing gently to temper the chocolate to 92 degrees. Pour out the chocolate onto a 16 x 8 " rectangle of wax paper. Smooth the chocolate to the edges of the paper, evenly coating it. Wait for the chocolate to harden at room temperature. Chocolate needs to be pliable. Once chocolate is of the desired consisitency trim the sides of any over spill. Using a ruler measure the chocolate and trim for 2 bands of 4" x 16". Press the bands against the cake one at a time. After the first band is placed remove the wax paper and repeat with the second band. They will overlap. Don't touch the chocolate once you've removed the paper or you'll leave fingerprints. Hope this helps.
