I know some people use the Little Heros pan a lot, for some it's the duck pan or 3-D bear, and for others it's the animal cracker pan. I'm just getting itchy to buy a cute pan (or put a couple on my Christmas list) and I'm curious which ones others use the most.

I use the round most often, the snowflake second, and then bundt pan.

I use the basic round/square pans for most of my cakes. For whimsical cakes if I want a cool cake pan and don't have an order, unless I love the pan I don't buy it but if I see one that I can do all kinds of things with then I buy that.

The 3d pans, I have both sizes of bear, the duck, ball, house and train. I use all of them since there are several uses for them, I don't really use my other shaped pans much.

Wondermold and sports ball. JUST bought the mini ball, don't have the mini wonder yet.

I can't see myself buying character pans. I equate them with the star tip, seen way too many in my time. I would prefer to do a transfer or figurine, or just carve my own.

I want a set of square pans and octagon ones too. Seems like I could use them many ways.
