I just wanted to share this with you all. I made this cake last week for a friend of mine's grandson. This was the second chocolate transfer that I have ever done, and I was very pleased with it.

Thanks to all who have helped me to understand how to do these things and encouraged me to be the best I can be.

I love this site!!!!

Here is a link to a tutorial on how to make chocolate transfers. This is what I used to help me learn, aside from all the help from the great people on this site. Hope it helps.

Great Job! I agree, have only done two chocolate transfers, but love, love, love how it makes my cakes look - I can't draw more than stick figures and this method makes me looks like an artist!

MomLittr
I agree, I love this CT's because they make me look like I really know how to draw. I am like you and can barley draw a stick man let alone anything else.

I had never even heard of doing anything like this untill I found this site. It is amazing to me all the great stuff there is to learn on here.

Thank you to all of you for your great comments and support.

For any of you who are new to chocolate transfers, you have to check out The Whimsical Bakehouse cookbook (I know my library had a copy at one of it's branches so if you're not interested in buying it check your library and see if you can get it that way). That's where I first learned about them and there are so many cool techniques and cakes in that book!
