I finally made a few last night...they were OK but not great by no means. I used pound cake and caramel coffee creamer. They just did not have much taste. Maybe it was the creamer. Can someone tell me if there is an icing that can be poured over the cake balls or one that you can dip them in? My family are not chocolate lovers..

Maybe poured fondant like the kind used on petite fours(sp). Or you could try icing them with bc. I made some tonight with vanilla cake, carmel and pralines coffee creamer, chopped up symphony bar with toffee and almonds and coconut and some butter cream and they are soo good. The buttercream added a kick -i did some without it.

I like to bake mine for @ 10 minutes on 300. I read about it here and its made all the difference in the world for me. I also like chocolate chipe in mine. Some people cover them in candy melts, it you'd prefer that. You could also roll in powdered sugar.
