Hi,
I'm fairly new to cake decorating (April of this year) and I use the Wilton crusting buttercream. I "doctor" it up some: decrease the water, add more vanilla and occasionally add cream cheese. I've noticed that the more experienced decorators here use different recipes and I too have tried others. I am still getting used to icing, smoothing the icing and decorating and eventually will try other recipes ![]()
