I am trying to figure out a contract for a standing order for office meeting and parties at a corp company. I am not leagal and the company knows this, they understand that I do this as a hobby right now. They asked me for a standing order contract and already have placed an order for Dec. So does any one have a standing order contract so that I can see what you have stated in there? Also I need to know if my pricing is too high for the order in Dec. They want a full sheet cake with two 3D dumptrucks on it. I was thinking $120 for the full sheet cake plain and than $50 for each dumptruck for a total of $220. As for the standing order they want a quarter of half sheet cake with a dumptruck on it for office meetings. If they do a half a sheet cake with a dumptruck for office meetings that would run them $110. I would also cover the dumptrucks in MMF and also would be using a pund cake for the trucks. Do these prices seem to low or too high? Thanks for the help Megan

First question for you is what size do you consider a full sheet and a half sheet? This will determine whether your pricing is in the right ball park.

Also what sizes are the dumptrucks? Are these going to be 3D carved cake?

As for the standing order contract, I do not have anything like that but I would make sure that you have it noted in there that the pricing will be reviewed every 3, 4, 6 or however many months. You want to make sure that you are still making money on the cakes as the price of ingredients increases.

My half sheet cake pan measures 12x15, 2" deep!

I will use a loaf pan to bake the pound cake in, it will take three to make the truck. So yes these will be carved 3d cakes.
