What Do You Do If You Don't Have A Large Cooling Rack?

I am cooling a 16" square as we speak and my cooling racks are not big enought to turn it out on without putting two together and that is very tricky. Do any of you have any other methods or ideas?????

You can use an oven rack, or refrigerator shelving that has the wires on it.
