Anyone have a recipe for peanut butter no bakes and oatmeal no bakes?

3-Minute No-Bake Cookies

2 cups granulated sugar
8 tablespoons (1 stick) margarine or butter
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
3 cups Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned*, uncooked)
In large saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Continue boiling 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat. Stir in oats.* Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. Store tightly covered.
Makes about 3 dozen.

*If using old fashioned oats, cool mixture in saucepan 5 minutes.

Nutritional Facts: 1 cookie: Calories 90, Calories From Fat 30, Total Fat 3g, Saturated Fat 0.5g, Cholesterol 0mg, Sodium 30mg, Total Carbohydrates 15g, Dietary Fiber 1g, Protein 1g, Total Sugars 10g.

Here is my original recipe I have been using for over 30 year's. It was passed down to me from my mom, who used to make these for us kid's. It is also the same recipe in our local community cookbook from 1980

No Bake Cookies

2 cups sugar 3 cup's oatmeal (uncooked quick or old fash.)
3 Tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter 1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk

In heavy saucepan cook sugar, cocoa, butter and milk to soft ball stage. (Usually when butter is melted continue to cook for about 2 more min.)
Remove from heat and immediately add vanilla and peanut butter stir well .Add oatmeal and mix well. Drop by spoonfulls onto wax paper. Let cool until set then store in airtight containers.

I first learned to make these in school. My recipe was very similar to Ginnycakes. Delicious!!

For peanut butter no-bakes, leave out the cocoa in Ginnycakes recipe.

Hmmm...When I typed this recipe I made sure to leave space between each ingredient and there should have been 2 row's.I dont know why everything is so close together. Sorry!
