I ordered some luster dust from them and have not heard back. I have tried to email them twice and there is no phone listed on the website.
Usually when I order online, I get an email confirming the order--

I tried to visit the website to try to help you on finding a phone number and it wouldn't come up I also tried searching on google for the company and it wouldn't come up so I'm not sure how to help ya I'm sorry.

How do you return your order?
You have 10 business days to return your order by calling our customer service at 800-207-2750 or e-mail us at [email protected] and request an authorization number. It is a must to obtain an authorization number in order for us to refund your purchases.
All return item must be packed in the original box or boxes.

15% restocking fee to be applied and shipping charges are not refundable.

Yes..I have used them a couple of times and they are great!! They are an affiliate of Caljava.com who owns them.Both are located in California and sell gumpaste flowers,lustre dusts etc...
