Someone else asked this same question just recently and I wanted to share that I freeze them after they are dipped all the time. They come out just fine. I like to eat them straight out of the freezer when they are nice and cold. They don't freeze solid. I use buttercream frosting to bind mine together. Others might do it differently.

I do the same thing with the freezing and binding with the buttercream. My goodness, they are soooo good!!!
