Once you make some chocolate ganache if you don't want to use it straight away does it keep in the fridge?

I'm off to bed but decided to decorate my chocolate mud cake in the morning. Can I just zap it in the microwave to soften and then use?

Thanking you
Kathryn

hey Kathryn

yes, just put it in the fridge and i guess you could zap it! or let it come back to room temp by its self..

It doesn't require refrigeration, if you're going to use it soon (as in your case).

Not sure about zapping, better to let it come to room temp. by sitting outside the 'fridge for a bit.
