I, I need help fast. How many servings in the above pan? Will it be enough for 40 - 50 people? It is to be served in a restaurant, so it will be desert. Thanx for your help

Hi there, www.baking911.com says 60. Another chart says 50-60.

I have this size pan and love it. Your servings will depend on serving size (I know, stating the obvious). If you serve 2" x 1" pieces, you should have plenty (15" / 2" = 7.5; 11" / 1" = 11; 7.5 x 11 = approx. 80 svgs). If your pieces will be 2 x 2, your servings go down to about 41.

Hope this helps.
