Which one do you use and have you noticed a diff in the baking in ether of those?

I have a gas oven at home and persoanlly prefer electric ones.. I feel the temp is not maintained correctly in a gas one..
What do you all think?

In my opinion, I prefer the gas oven.

It has beenmy expeience that the gas oven maintains a more consistent temperature throughout the whole oven. I also think that my cakes bake more evenly in a gas oven.

Maybe I have just had rotten experiences with electric ovens, but it seems that the heating coils in an electric oven never keep the temperature consitent from one end of the oven to the other.

Gas hotplates and Electric oven is my preferred choice.
I had a gas and thought it was great, but then got an electric oven and now wouldn't go back to gas. I think electric is a more even heat.

I personally prefer GAS... although I have used both.
I feel that I can control gas better. icon_smile.gif
