I found Chocolate Extract at a gourmet grocery store. I'm wondering what to use it in, has anyone ever used chocolate extract before? What do you use it in?

I have some and I use it in the NFSC recipe to flavor it but keep a light color cookie, especially if I am going to paint on them. I also use gingerbread flavor for the same thing. You could add it to your buttercream, that might taste great. I say experiment and go wild.
