I'm making a vanilla cake with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, covering it in mmf I'm wondering how long can I keep this cake sitting out or should I refridgerate? And if so won't I get water spots on the mmf? Help please. I never used mmf I'm just scared if I leave the cake out overnight I will poison people I don't want that.
