I saw a preview lastweek, and i think it is a repeat.

If it is the one where that cake maker from New York made a
Christmas Tree cake with Ornaments that fell off, then that is the one..
Because this is what I saw in the preview..

But I hope I'm wrong.. Thanks for the heads up.. icon_smile.gif

Maybe not?/ On the guide it said New-I cannot watch Kate Sullivan Again..... We have children and we do cakes!

Oh and she charges $9.00 a serving.

Acording to my satelite info guide, it is a new challenge. Didn't say who the challengers are though, I will be watching.

I watched it last week I think. I have my Tivo set to record all the challenges in the season pass manager. I thought it was new, it said 2006 on my TiVo info. There's a jack in the box, a christmas tree, a fruit cake (was part of it) and a giant wedding style cake. Is that the old one??

If it is the one I saw last week, the cakes are beautiful. I shouldn't watch those shows, because then I start wanting to experiment!!!

I really want to try making those royal icing ornaments using the balloon. Really pretty!

Yes, that's the one that aired last year. But I agree with Ishi, those royal icing ornaments that Michelle Bommarito made are really neat! I loved the color on her cake and the delicate handmade sugar ornaments were totally awesome! The special is worth looking at again, but I also agree ... it's hard to watch Kate Sullivan struggle with her design.

Wait so there is a new one coming?! That's the nice thing about being a year behind now I get two this year. icon_lol.gif My 6 year old is going to be so excited. That's our bonding thing lately, we watch the challenge shows (he won't let me delete them) and then he wants to help me bake. icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

Yeah, party.gif better go make sure the TiVo is working right.

I wonder why they said it's "NEW" when it was from last year ? who are they kidding ? saw a little bit last night, then immediately turned it off.. I've seen this show a few times last year. I wonder why it is so hard for them to compe up with a real NEW one. why, why why ?????
