Hi gang!

I baked this amazing apple pie today and want to put it on my website. I am trying to find a "catchy" name for it and my DH suggested that I ask my friends on CC.

Here is a picture of the cake:

Inside of the cake:

To help you out a little the pie is:

Italian origin
made with 10 apples
tall (baked in springform pan)
is friggin amazing (according to DH)

Can you help me out please icon_smile.gif[/img]

It looks amazing!

in Italian apple pie is: torta di mele

delicious is : squisito or delizioso

I don't speak Italian so I don't know if the delizioso goes in front or behind torta di mele.

Here is the site I used to translate http://www.wordreference.com/
You could have lots of fun with it - just keep it so your customers can pronounce it and not end up refering to it as " you know, your apple pie".

What's the crust like? It looks more cakey to me than a traditional crust.

If it's a combinaiton of a cake and pie...what about apple pake?

How about Appennini Apple Pie. I LOVE alliteration! Appennini is the italian mountain range - for your tall, rustic and yummy looking pie!

Paula Deen already has a recipe for Mile High Apple Pie. People might confuse this pie for hers.

What kind of apples are you using?

Fuji Fantastico?

Grandiose Granny Smith GutBuster? LOL!

I'd play up the apple type... but that's just me.

Not sure if this sounds catchy but this resembles a deep dish pizza so Deep Dish Apple Pie popped up. Thought I'd give it a try icon_smile.gif
