The true white butter cream doesn't really have real butter in it . Is that what your looking for?

The recipe I use comes out fairly white. Not absolutely white but close enough for me icon_biggrin.gif

Adding AmeriColor Bright White Gel Paste will whiten an off-white icing. A touch of blue will also whiten your icing.
