I just found this site googling and it looks really great with some great products and good pricing. Anyone familiar with them or know their reputation?

I have orderd from Beryl's for several years, mostly their chocolate transfer sheets. The shipping is very reasonable and prompt. thumbs_up.gif

I've ordered from them once. No problems. I was looking for a certain JEM cutter they had on their site but was out of stock. I had to call them. They were really nice and seemed like they were willing to help in any way possible.

I got my sugarcraft gun from there (my brother calls it a salad shooter!)

I almost always order from www.caljavaonline.com for gumpaste and fondant tools, www.papermart.com for cake boxes, and www.cakesbysam.com for everything else, and I've never once had a problem with any of these sites. The writer Deedee Wilson lists Beryl's as a resource in her books, so it's a credible one.

I ordered from them on several occasions and had been shorted on my items. The items appeared on the invoice but not in the box. They asked who's initialed the filling of the order and when I told them they happily replaced the missing items.

I order from them all of the time and have never had any problems! They have really good dragees.

Thanks for all the feedback. I was impresssed with alot of what they had and figured people here would know. I will have to give them a try. THanks so much. Now I just have to quit finding great sites or I will never make a profit at this. icon_wink.gif

Beryl's is my primary supplier. I live in Richmond, VA and since they are in northern VA, I get my orders in 1-2 days! I have always found them to be very helpful if I have emailed them with a question. I would highly recommend them.

I have ordered a lot from Beryl's in the past & always found them very good. They ship by mail which is a big plus in my book. I must say I find them expensive, but reliable. I have now begun using other vendors as well.
