I made 2 dozen gingerbread cookies last weekend, and I have a lot of icing left over - including 2 cups of red! I have very little white left, and I am wondering what I should do with the leftovers. I don't want to toss them, but I can't think of a design that uses red that won't use much white! Any ideas? I also have a little bit of yellow, some blue, green and a little bit of black.

you could do christmas ornament type cookies... cut out circles, ice them in red and then put little designs on in other colours...

Do the buttercream pointsetta flower from the tutorials in the RI. They'll harden and you'll have instant decorations for any holiday cupcakes, cookies etc.

You could make a bunch of drop flowers in whatever colors you've got. Dried, you'll have instant decorations in the closet for eons to come!
