I found a great deal on these frozen filo cups so grabbed a couple of boxes of them. I would like to make some sort of cream cheese filling for them, that I can pipe in and make pretty. Does anyone have any kind of filling recipe for appetizers for these little guys?

thanks!!

I make mini-pecan pies (tartletts). Then drizzle chocolate accross the top. OR, you could pipe a swirl of cream cheese frosting on top of the mini pies.

I use the recipe on the back of the light Karo syrup bottle for pecan pie but use only 1/3 of the recipe. It makes a little more that two dozen. Don't be shy about filling the cups with the pie filling. Everyone loves them.

I also set them in the mini cupcake tins before I fill and bake them.

Those are great recipes, but I was really looking for appetizer type recipes that are non sweet. Although I love that first chocolate one and probably will do it as well!
