I was so excited I got to go to Nicolas Lodge's open house this past week end in Atlanta. How exciting it was not only to meet him but to watch his demonstrations. After staying there almost all day my husband had to drag me out. I had so much fun. Was anybody else there?

That's okay, I do some of my best research on cake central during the time I am supposed to be working. I am truly trying to cut down on that and actually work.
