Well, I made the fantastic yellow cake on a cake dummy, my letter-piping is a disaster, and as soon as I got it home... I dropped it off the top of the car, so it was ruined. Luckily a classmate and the teacher got some pictures of it before I left to come home. I'm really thinking about investing in a letter-press-set. I can't seem to force myself to not double over my letters when piping.
My class ended the week of Thanksgiving, thus the bright fall colors. It was more fun than I expected it to be.

the course 2 cake won't be avail until the end of jan because all my classmates wanted to take the other courses together, and no one was avail until jan, but we're excited anyway
