If you could make any cake by any decorator which one would it be??? I know some of you are like me, saving pics on the computer just looking for the chance to do one of them. I think it will be fun to see what other people are wanting to try!

It would be nice to know all the tricks for this one. I imagine it's mostly in the carving....

Oh.. I love Colette's cakes! I love to make so many of hers. She is very tallented!
