I have a client request a black forest cake, but they want to decorated in fondant circles and two cake high with teddy bear on top. Now i tryed a receipe on the weekend with regular buttercrean icing and it was not very good and suggestion?

This recipe uses a whipped cream and confectionary sugar. It would need to be kept refrigerated but I bet it would be very good!
