Hi everyone, what is your opinion on the whipped chocolate ganache. I have an 8yr old cake to do and they want a nice chocloate filling. It's going to be a sheet cake covered in BC. Is this a good match or is there a better filling. Thanks.

I would use something lighter than Ganache. Nutella is fantastic.
