Nati's Lemon Poppyseed Buttercake with lemon buttercream icing or lemon glaze, or chocolate cake with peanut butter icing.

Chocolate cake with Caramel filling and chocolate icing. Sometimes I add nuts in the filling, depending on customer. Follow by butter cake.

Chocolate cake brushed with coffee/Kahlua simple syrup, Kahlua Bavarian filling and iced in Sarah Bernhardt chocolate glaze.

I'll tell you that design-wise, I am getting order after order for different versions of a whimsical stacked "presents" cake that I made a few months ago. I think I have done 3 or 4 versions of that cake since!
