I charge $1 per choc chip or similar cookie, no matter how many are ordered. I think the size also matters (mind out of gutter) and ours are like the size you might get at the mall.

If they are plain regular sized chocolate chip cookies, I charge 1.00 each. If they are large You could go 1.50 each. I only do a dozen at a time too. Hope this helps.

I charge $5/doz for 2" cookies (pretty much every flavor I offer which is your basics) I have a minimum of 1 doz order but am thinking of upping this to two dozen with my price increase.

I make up my cookie dough in advance and use a cookie scoop to scoop out the right size, freeze them, once frozen back 4 dozen to a freezer bag, and set in freezer until ready to use. I have had some in the freezer for up to 4 months and once baked they taste like I just mixed them up.

Leily-
What a great idea! I've always frozen my cookie dough but I never prepped it as far as scooping and freezing! WOW. I think the next time I make CC cookie dough, I'm going to scoop it before I freeze it then I can have fresh chocolate chip cookies whenever I want instead of baking the whole thing and feeling really guilty when all the cookies are eaten!

I charge by the batch, 1/2 batch approx 30 cookies $13 and a full batch approx 60 cookies $24. The cookies are about 2 inches.

Yep I love having them handy! I package everything in dozens in my freezer, if there is anything left over it goes into a bag for the house (me and BF) Anything in there is fair game. I have baked one or two cookies for me at a time (much better than having them lay around) and we have even added the frozen balls into a vanilla shake, toss them in the blender and mix, Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough shake!

I too figured per batch, and I get some really big cookies, so for a dozen I charge $11.40 with a 2 dozen minimum of any flavor gourmet homemade cookies. My iced sugar cookies are $24.00 a dozen.
