Hello can anyone give me the colours to mix and the quanity of each to make Thomas the Tank Engine blue?

I have done 2 thomas cakes and just used royal blue . I made it just a little lighter then i needed it to be since it turns darker the longer it sits.

Me too...I just used the royal blue. It works great.

I used the Americolor royal blue. I started out with Wilton colors(and I still love their avacado green and some other colors), but am a Americolor convert--love the squeeze bottles and doesn't seem to go funny after a bit of time. And their colors are more true from the get go.
