Take your picture and lay it on a board (cutting board I use) tape it...place wax paper over it...tape it....do all outlining first and then fill in ...doing things that would stick out first ex...pupils of the eye...fur on a mitten....when you have all of your colors done take a spatula and gently press down....then take the color icing that will be on the cake and put a whole layer on the picture and around the outline....this will flip over when done and be the back....I cover with another piece of wax paper and press again....lay the whole board in the freezer...min 1 1/2 hours. Peel off the paper and it will be beautiful!
PS remember what you are seeing will be the back when it is fliped when frozen it will be perfect...I also forgot to tell you when printing out a pic I click on the mirror image tab that way any writing etc...will be going the right way.

Be sure your image is reversed (a mirror image) as it will be backwards when you flip it. A lot of people have had problems with the FBCT sticking to waxed paper so you may want to use parchment paper instead. When smoothing with the spatula put a little cornstarch on it so it doesn't stick to the BC. Have fun and be sure to post a photo when you're done.
