i HAVE THE bc CARROT CAKE MIX. I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD ANY ADD-ONS TO IT TO MAKE IT A DENSE RICH CARROT CAKE(LIKE ONES FROM SCRATCH) THANKS,. JEN

No tips on the carrot cake, but I have an awsome recipe for pumkin muffins using that cake mix. So simple, cake mix, 2 egg whites, 1 can pure pumkin, vanilla and cinnamon. I make them in a mini muffin pan, they are extremely moist and sooooo good. If you want the how to's, let me know.
