Would a 9 x 13 be considered a half sheet cake and a 12 x 18 a full sheet cake? For some reason this always confuses me. Thanks.
8x12 or 9x13 is considered a 1/4 sheet cake. 11x15 or 12x16 is usually a half sheet.16x24 or 18x26 (or 2 half sheets) is considered full sheet. Hope that helps!
