I made a bunch of modeling chocolate for a cake project, but I ended up not using it. I was wondering if I can freeze it? I freeze my leftover MMF and don't have a problem with it.

I've had a chocolates business for years before I started cakes. Yes you can freeze it but it must be in an air tight container. If when thawed (or before) it starts to turn white anywhere...it's no good.
