Okay, I made a very labor intensive castle cake (will post the pick later) and realized after fully decorating it that I left the sour cream out of the cake batter. If a chocolate cake calls for 1 cup of sour cream, what will the cake be like if I forgot to put it in? Will it taste okay? I made it on Friday for eating on Sunday. I am so nervous it will taste bad and be dry!

If anything it might be a little dry. But should taste alright. Thats okay, I made a spice cake the other day, and forgot to add in the sugar. Didn't have any complaints must have been alright. I think I win this one. ![]()
