I am thinking of taking sampler trays around to area businesses. What do you think I should include?

Definitely cake balls! Are you referring to stores or to 'office buildings'? For office buildings, I'd include items that would be appropriate for work parties and such. Of course, I think anything 'bite size' would be a great choice.

Use a mini muffin pan for mini cupcakes.

Great idea. Let us know how it goes. icon_biggrin.gif

What you put on there will depend on what you will be offering for your business.

Cupcakes (lots of different flavors with fillings and icings)
Cake balls
Caramel
Brownies
Cookies
Rice Krispies

It really depends on what you want to continue making and what you want orders for. Do you have a full service bakery or special order only?
