At the Bakery that I work at we're going to be putting up our Fall/Winter menu on next week and we will be pushing a Pumpkin Roll with Maple Buttercream filling and Cream Cheese Icing. We're also doing Pumpkin Cheesecakes and Praline Pecan Cheesecake. There is also a bunch of fall themed cookies and the typical pumpkin pies as well.
For us the holidays start in October, pretty good market there so we make sure to do in store promotion as well as on our website too.
