I am making chocolate fish to top off cupcakes.....i am piping the chocolate onto parchment paper and shaking it to spread it evenly, but am getting airpockets....how do I get rid of the airpockets?

I'm not sure how to do it piping on parchment paper, but when I do my chocolate molds, I have to bang the molds on the table so all the air bubbles will rise to the top and pop. Maybe put the parchment on a cutting board or something hard and bang in on the countertop or table? you would see the air bubbles rise to the top and pop. Not sure if that's any help .....
