I just did a consult and am suffering from a severe lack of sleep. For some reason, I priced by the number of guest, not actual servings. Any way, the bride wants a four tier round cake. She'll be having 150 guests and wants an anniversary tier. What sizes would be best for all this? ![]()
This is the design the bride wants: http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-photo_859533.html
The best I can come up with is 14", 12", 10", 8" but that's a lot of extra cake. Grrr... I hate feeling so brain dead.
Allie, I don't know why I couldn't think of that myself. Do you think those tier sizes will look good with the design?
what's the difference between number of guests and numbers of servings?
What my brain-dead-self was trying to say was that I priced the cake for her 150 guests, not the actual number of servings the tiers would yield. Am I making any sense yet?
