Hey ladies! I thought I had this all planned out but guess I didn't! haha. I REALLY don't feel like driving back to the store but was hoping you all could give me a quick and easy filling to put between my white cake layers.

Do you have jam, pudding, ice cream topping, or even extra bc? Those would all work. Have choc chips and cream? Make ganache!

What do you have available?

I would go with the banana or chocolate pudding. either one will work nicely. icon_smile.gif

BC mixed with the strawberry jam would be good!

tinned cherries (or any tinned berry) made with thickened sugar syrup would work.

Do you have any cream? If you do then you could take one of the puddings and mix with the cream, beat it and have a wonderful tasting mouse.

Or you could make ganache.

No cream, then I would go with banana pudding.
