I bake on a KA I bought in 2000. I get a lot of comments on my pound cakes because it bakes to evenly. It is a convection oven also.
At the time I bought it because it was pretty (I didn't bake then) but I'm glad I got it now. It is a regular oven but it is commercial grade. As much as I bake, if I had accepted the oven that came with the house I would have burned it out by now.
