Since the search is down, I am begging all of you for a little help too...

My DD is turning four in a few weeks and I am thinking about a mermaid for her Under the Sea party. I really want to do 3D.

Does anyone have any pics you could share? I saw one in one of my Mailbox News editions, but it was in a competition....which means, I don't think I have time (or enough talent) to pull that one off.

Any help would be appreciated!! Oh yeah...and I would prefer to NOT use the wondermold pan with a doll.

Thanks,
Michelle

I have a book by Debbie Brown (I think it is the Enchanted Children's Cakes book) that has a tiered cake in it that has mermaids "swimming" around the side. The tiers are carved to look like rock kind of. It is really cute! If you go to her website, www.debbiebrownscakes.co.uk, and go into the "Books" section, it lists all the books she has done and if you scroll down to the Enchanted Children's Cakes on the right & click on that it will have a pic of the cake. It is the first one listed.

Heather... loved that site!!! I just ordered two of her books yesterday from ABC Distributing! I got the 50 Easy Party Cakes and Cartoon Cakes. I wish I was able to find that Enchanted Cakes book I'd love love LOVE to have it! Wanna share? icon_wink.gif

I don't remember where I got my Enchanted Children's Cake book but I am almost positive they have it on Amazon.com. They have quite a few of her books on there, even the new Xtra Naughty one available for pre-order!
She is one of my favorite decorators!

Thanks everyone! I knew I could count on you!

I just reserved Debbie Brown's book at the library. We'll see if that is too complicated. And the teddy graham cake is sooo cute! Those little bikini tops just crack me up!

I also realized on another thread (shortly after I posted) that if you search using the pink "search" key after clicking on the galleries link above, you can still search the galleries! icon_redface.gificon_redface.gificon_redface.gificon_redface.gif
Apparantly it is only the search button in the left hand column that is "broken".

I'll let you know how I make out!!!
