I made a white 8" heart cake and iced a red 6" heart in the center and I'm going to write "We love _________" in an I love Lucy kind of writing. Can't think of what else to do with it.

I need it for tomorrow morning so it can't be too complicated, but other than a white border I don't know what else to do.

I don't want to put too much red and white because I don't want it to look like Valentines Day. It's for a womans 50th birthday.

Also, where would you put "Happy 50th Birthday"? There's no room on the board or the top of the cake.

Thanks!

I would make a gumpaste plaque for the longer sentiment. It needs time to dry, though, so this may not be possible now.

Thanks. I ended up going with a fondant ribbon for the happy birthday and swiss dots around the heart. Not very original, but it's late, LOL.

Thanks for your suggestion, I will try that some time.
