Any suggestions on how to make gumpaste pliable again? I have some that had slightly dried out but it's too much to throw away. Help! icon_cry.gif

If you haven't already tried adding some Crisco, you could also try working in a little egg white. This will probably only work if it isn't completely hard/still has some moisture in it.

Try popping it in the microwave for a few seconds

A little bit of water and alot of kneading should do the trick.

If it's really dried out maybe try cutting off the dried parts as best you can and then kneading in a little crisco. To keep gp from drying out I usually wrap it twice in plastic wrap and then put it in a plastic bag.

Thanks! I tried the Crisco method after I cut the rock hard pieces away. It softened it greatly but it had no elasticity. I'll try the other suggestions.
