Do you think I could freeze the BC used for FBCT? I made a batch yesterday and have alot left over and it would be ashame to throw it out.

Rather than throw it out, go ahead and freeze it. Then you can check it out later to see if it stays okay. You'll know for next time exactly what to expect.

I can't think of any reason BC shouldn't be frozen. I buy butter in 25kilo blocks and freeze it, and really, what else is there in BC? You should have no problems.

Edited to add: You'll have to rebeat it after it is thawed. There could be some water crystals that form. Beating it will reincorporate them.
