If you go to www.ladycakes.com she has a tab for character instructions. Click on that tab and they another character instructions tab and there is a list of character pans she has instructions for -- it would be easier if you knew the pan #. If it is listed, then just click on the "Victoria's email" and she will email the instructions to you.
On the Wilton website I was able to find instructions for a Clown pan. I don't think it's the right one, but it may help.
