That time of year is coming when people start putting in orders for their favorite fruit cake or Jamican Black Cake.. icon_lol.gif I was wondering what are your favorite cakes for the holidays?

I think my personal fave would have to be a pumpkin roll with cream cheese icing. I start making them for TGiving and don't stop till Christmas.

I would say my favorite is my grandmum famous 3 flavor cake. It is a 3 layer cake with plain, strawberry, and chocolate cake with homemade chocolate icing. (just like the ice cream) I expect that every year... icon_lol.gif
